The article contains a review of e-government (electronic government) process in Republic of Moldova, its contents, its procedures and other aspects of its place in public decision making. Because the main role of e-government is to change the relations between the state and citizens with the help of information technology, this issue must be known and studied as by public servants, as by citizens. The fruitful cooperation between these two main partners in the process of applying e-government for establishing e-democracy will enhance the quality of public services delivered for population. |
