В статье раскрываются основные правовые принципы «украинского вопроса» в программных документах украинских политических партий начала ХХ в. Осуществляется систематизация партий по их правовым направлениям. Определяются основные факторы, которые способствовали утверждению идеи самостоятельности и соборности украинских земель и препятствия к реализации этой цели. Определено, что основными направлениями реализации правовой мысли исследуемого периода были социал-демократическое, либерально-демократическое и самостоятельное. Распространение каждого из них оговаривалось существующими правовыми системами и общественной ситуацией, сложившимися на рубеже ХIХ–ХХ веков. Общей чертой при решении «украинского вопроса» было акцентирование внимания на национальном факторе. При этом в Галиции и Надднепровьи лидеры политической мысли вкладывали в это понятие разный смысл.

The article reveals the main legal principles of the «Ukrainian question» in the program documents of the Ukrainian political parties of the early ХХ century. The parties are systematized according to their legal directions. The main factors, that contributed to the assertion of the idea of independence and conciliarity of Ukrainian lands and obstacles to the realization of this goal are determined. It is determined, that the main directions of the implementation of legal thought of the Ukrainian period under review was a social democratic, liberal-democratic and independent. The distribution of each of them was stipulated by the existing legal systems and the social situation, that took place at the turn of the ХIХ–ХХ centuries. A common feature in the solution of the “Ukrainian question” was the emphasis on the national factor. At the same time, in Galicia and Naddniprirovye the leaders of political thought put different meaning into this notion.

Articolul descrie principiile juridice de bază ale „problema ucraineană“ în documentele programatice ale partidelor politice ucrainene de la începutul secolului XX. Părțile sunt sistematizate în conformitate cu direcțiile lor juridice. Acesta identifică factorii principali care au contribuit la aprobarea ideii de independență și catolicitatea terenurilor din Ucraina, precum și obstacolele în calea realizării acestui obiectiv. Sa stabilit că principalele direcții ale gândirii juridice ucrainean al perioadei de testare a fost social-democrat, liberal-democrată și independentă. Difuzarea fiecăreia dintre ele specificate sistemul juridic existent și situația socială, care a avut loc la rândul său, din secolele XIX și XX. O trăsătură comună în soluționarea "întrebării ucrainene" a fost accentul pus pe factorul național. În același timp, în liderii Galiția și Naddniprrove gândirii politice a investit în acest sens concept diferit
