При научном иследовании были учтены теоретические взляды ученых Молдовы и зарубежных государств, а также многочисленные практические материалы. Важным является то, что авторы указывают на противоречия и коллизии в действующем законодательстве и предлагают дополнения и изменения норм касающихся качества и эффективности правосудия.

In this work the authors aimed to draw attention to the need to amend certain laws governing the judicial courts, the Superior Council of Magistracy and prosecution. In this scientific research were taken into account theoretical relevant opinions of scholars of Moldova and foreign States, as well as numerous practical materials. Importantly, the authors point to the contradictions and conflicts in the existing legislation and propose additions and changes to the rules relating to the quality and efficiency of Justice.
