Following investigations it was established that the incidence of cryptosporidiosis in children lambliazei and gastrointestinal illnesses was 0,40% and 7,32%. Cryptosporidiosis cases had a higher proportion among children under two years 83,3% cases lambliasis in 3-6 years age group 36,3%. Most cases both with lambliasis and cryptosporidiosis were detected during April – 11.9% , September – 19,2%. Lambliasis share and cryptosporidiosis in children in urban and rural areas constituted 97,6%, respectively 89,5%. Share lambliasis detected in children with gastrointestinal illnesses constitute 52,6%, and cryptosporidiosis – 47,4%. It is necessary to improve the diagnosis of these invasions through implementation of new techniques for examining and optimizing prevention cases. |
