The influence of different doses of heat shock on photosynthetic activity of Quercus robur, Q. petraea, Q. pubescens leaves, using the chlorophyll fluorescence, was studied. It was shown that the doses of heat shock that suppress essentially the leaves photosynthetic activity of mentioned oak species are virtually identical. Only small quantitative differences regarding heat shock response of three studied oak species were observed. These results indicated that all three oak species, widespread in Moldova, are expected to be endangered concomitantly in perspectives of global climate warming. |
