Importance of Biological Samples’ Proper Management for Medico-legal Laboratory Tests Medico-legal laboratory investigations of samples collected from living people and dead bodies have significant importance for adequate criminal prosecution of crimes committed against human beings’ health, dignity, corporal integrity and life. The quality of collection and management of the biological samples will directly impact the quality of the laboratory research and results. The paper presents steps done by the Centre of Forensic Medicine in order to regulate the collection and management of biological samples sent for laboratory research as part of the quality control. |
