В данной статье рассматривается историография по гагаузской проблематике, являющаяся неотъемлемой частью молдавской этнологии. Выделяются основные этапы развития молдавского гагаузоведения. Отмечается, что основы данного направления были заложены чуть более 100 лет назад. В 7080е гг. ХХ в. появляются первые работы гагаузоведов по материальной и духовной культуре гагаузов, то есть этот период характеризуется как этап становления и развития этнографического направления молдавского гагаузоведения. С 90х гг. ХХ в. по настоящее время идет процесс развития и углубления различных направлений в молдавском гагаузоведении; многие исследования носят междисциплинарный характер. Отмечается вклад в изучение истории и материальной культуры гагаузов ряда молдавских ученых.

Autoarea articolului examinează istoriografia consacrată problematicii găgăuze, componentă organică a etnologiei din Republica Moldova. Sunt evidențiate principalele etape ale evoluției găgăuzologiei moldave. Autoarea notează că bazele acestei direcții științifice au fost puse acum aproape 100 de ani. Оn anii 70-80 ai sec. XX apar primele studii consacrate culturii materiale și spirituale a găgăuzilor. Astfel, perioada respectivă se caracterizează drept o etapă a afirmării și evoluției direcției etnografice din cadrul găgăuzologiei moldave. Оncepвnd cu anii 90 ai sec. XX, pвnă astăzi, are loc dezvoltarea și aprofundarea diferitor curente оn cadrul găgăuzologiei moldave. Multe investigații posedă un caracter interdisciplinar. Autoarea pune оn lumină contribuțiile unui șir de savanți din Republica Moldova, оn studiul istoriei și culturii materiale a găgăuzilor. The author of the paper examines the historiography dedicated to the gagauzology problematic, an inseparable part of the ethnology from the Republic of Moldova. The main stages of evolution of the Moldavian gagauzology are traced. The author notes that the fundament of this scientific direction was laid down a little more than 100 years ago. In the 70-80s of the XXth century were published the first studies of the researchers in gagauzology, dedicated to the material and spiritual culture of the Gagauz people. Thus, this period is characterized as a stage of establishment and evolution of the ethnographical direction within the Moldavian gagauzology. Beginning with the 90 years of the XXth c. until nowadays, can be observed an evolution and thoroughgoing of different currents within the Moldavian gagauzology. Many investigations have an interdisciplinary character. The author highlights the contributions of several specialists from the Republic of Moldova, to the study of the history and material culture of the Gagauz.
