Background: On the basis of the obtained results proved that the inclusion of local strains of enterococci in the composition of microbial preparations for health fortification at intestinal dysbiosis and disorder expedient. This is justified by rezultates tested the association of microorganisms, including enterococci, compared with other existing microbial preparations, showed the best regulatory effect. Material and metods: The studies were conducted in three series of experiments. The first and second in conditions “in vitro”, and the third – “in vivo” (white mice). From the intestinal contents of humans and animals have been isolated pure cultures of enterococci. Selected strains showed high activity (antagonistic and adhesive). To be created a association of enterococci with bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, which was tested on white mice. In the trial study, was used the classical bacteriological methods and elective nutrient media for each type of microorganisms. Results: In laboratory conditions the expediency inclusion of selected local strains of enterococci in the probiotic microbial preparations intended for health fortification in the case of intestinal dysbiosis and disorder. Conclusion: Enterococci there are specific of human and animals. The local strains of bacteria identified elevated to the body, the useful properties. This is confirmed by a factor inhibiting the growth of E. coli and Salmonella, as well as an indicator of adhesion. Specific to human enterococci were more active compared to those isolated from young farm animals. More informative were the results of the fourth group, proving the feasibility of using local strains of enterococci for inclusion in the composition of microbial agents, because the association containing enterococci, compared with the existing microbial agents, contributed to more intense positive effects on the body, on the background of intestinal dysbiosis. |
