Rezumat | ||||||
In this article there are analyzed the regulations considering offenses on human trafficking in the Penal Law’s of Georgia, Ireland, Republic of Palau, Albania and Germany. It is shown that in accordance with par.(2) and (3) art.2 of Ireland Law nr.8/2008, under different circumstances, the liability for human trafficking with mental illnesses is treated as liability for minors trafficking. It is also argued that in the German Penal Law is not attested the following dichotomy: “human trafficking - the exploitation of trafficked person” in the version that is attested in the Penal Law of the Republic of Moldova and Romania. |
