The architecture of the new world order discloses strong globalisation tendencies and “permeability of borders”, consequently as adhering to common democratically values and standards. To the expectation of some essential transformations, the international low principles, that were considered, not long ago, as intangible, nowadays are in subordination of some new contexts, obtaining other interpretations and rowing. |
