Сучасна юриспруденція дедалі частіше звертається до філософського обґрунтування суспільних відносин і закону як механізму їх врегулювання, однак деякі істотні питання (питання про юридичну форму суспільних відносин, роль закону у врегулюванні та стабілізації суспільних відносин) все ще залишаються предметом дискусії і потребують подальшого дослідження. Тому розкриття місця та ролі закону як форми відображення природи суспільних відносин у державі є акту- альним напрямом дослідження філософії права. У статті досліджено філософські аспекти впливу закону на формування правосвідомості громадян в умовах громадянського суспільства; проведено аналіз взаємозалежності та взаємовпливу закону та правосвідомості як факторів соціального регулювання суспільних відносин у державі. Розглянуто принципи формування правосвідомості в умовах юридичної гармонізації соціуму.

The current jurisprudence is increasingly drawn to the philosophical study of social relations and the law as a mechanism to resolve them, however, some significant issues (among them the questions of the legal form of social relations, the role of law in the settlement and stabilization of social relations) are still being the subject of discussion and require further study. For this reason, the disclosure of the place and role of law as a means of legal regulation of social relations in the state is important direction of research in the field of philosophy of law. This article studies the philosophical aspects of the impact of the law on the formation of legal awareness of citizens in a civil society; provides the analysis of interdependence of law and legal awareness as factors of social regulation of social relations within the rule of law. Investigates the fundamental principles in formation of public relations upon conditions of legal harmonization of society.
