The necessary theoretical premise for studying the military of a state is the philosophical reflection on its essence and structure. As to Moldova, one should emphasize its particular topicality, its militarypassing throughan important stageof establishing and strengthening as well as a difficult process of building and reform. In order to understand and conceptualizethe phenomena related to this problem, we shall examine the logical and etymological aspects of the components of the term ”military”. |
