Rezumat

At the beginning and at the end of the academic year the value of physical state indices within pupils of the second form of comprehensive schools has been defined. It has been done in order to establish the quantity change of these indices after the use of traditional approach to the organization and realization of the current physical education curriculum. The complex of appropriate methods has been used; the researched indices have been studied within 60 boys and girls who were 7 years old at the beginning of the experiment. It has been established that due to the intensive growing of boys and girls the increase of the majority researched indices takes place and first of all of physical fitness. At the same time such a change does not allow pupils to reach at the end of the academic year, in comparison with its beginning, higher level of physical qualities manifestation. The received data indicate the necessity of approaches improvement to the organization and realization of physical education within pupils of the second form for achievement of higher physical state indices so long as it will promote rational adaptation within them to new conditions which mark teaching and educational process of that time.
