During the politic of international cooperation Republic of Moldova keeps diplomatic relations in different domains, including the Right domain. To assure a juridical proper part of international relations Republic of Moldova became a part of about approximately 30 international treaties, of which one big percent concerns juridical assistance in penal matter. International juridical assistance in penal matter constitute an expression of juridical cooperation between the states devote to strengthen the communitarian solidarity in activity of warning and struggle of the criminality. In the following we will present aspects which refers to conditions and proceeding problems about the transfer of the convicted persons through the Republic of Moldova’s legislation and jurisprudence.
