În cadrul articolului respectiv, autorul dezvoltă esenţa faptului social de atac de tip raider şi importanţa incriminării sale. Pentru dreptul naţional conceptul de atac de tip raider este nou şi creează confuzii. Se analizează opiniile expuse în doctrină, iniţiativele legislative şi actele normative în vigoare a mai multor state în vederea stabilirii unei poziţii obiective asupra fenomenului şi a modalităţilor legale de contracarare.

Within this article the author develop the essence of the social fact of raider attack and the importance of its incrimination. For domestic law the raider attack concept is new and creates confusions. In order to establish an objective position on the phenomenon and on the legal ways of counteracting, are analyzed the opinions exposed in the doctrine, the legislative initiatives and the normative acts in force of more states.
