| Rezumat | ||||||
The article considers questions of corporate criminal liability for environmental offenses in Ukraine and European
countries. Particular attention is paid to problems of national liability for environmental crimes adaptation to the existing
EU legislation in this area. The current level of adaptability and the main directions of this institution development due to
the signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU have been determined. |
