Rezumat

A technological flowsheet of the alternative liquid fuel production from the secondary fuel components: coal conditioning wastes, non-conditional high-sulfur and high-ash coals, technical pyrocarbon, oil refining slurries and the polymer materials processing byproducts has been proposed. Viscosity of the alternative fuel compositions is ranged from 0,4 to 1,6 Pa×s and they keep sedimentation stability for 14-60 days depending on concentration of ingredients and plastizing agents. Initial characteristics of the fuel compositions can be restored completely by the thorough mixing even after their disintegration. Special admixtures can ensure significant reduction (60-80 %) in the acid gases emission. Economical and environmental suitability of the secondary fuels have been proved by a series of the industrial tests.
