Rezumat

The article discusses the development of legislation in retrospect about family and marriage relations , including the formation and approval of the Institute of maintenance obligations in the Russian Soviet and post-Soviet period. Analyzes the legal provisions for maintenance obligations in relation to the spouse to mothers and parents in relation to their minor children on the basis of socio- legal interpretation of the Family Code of the Russian Federation. The authors relate their judgments and conclusions, conducted on the subject of scientific research known experts.

В статье рассматривается в ретроспективе развитие законодательства о семейно-брачных отношениях, в том числе о становлении и утверждении института алиментных обязательств в России советского и постсоветского периода. Анализируются законоположения об алиментных обязательствах супруга по отношению к женщине-матери и родителей по отношению к их несовершеннолетним детям на основании социально-правового толкования Семейного кодекса РФ. При этом авторы соотносят свои суждения и выводы с проведенным по данной проблеме научными исследованиями известных специалистов.
