| Rezumat | ||||||
The results of treatment of 27 children with portal hypertension in the ―Natalia Gheorghiu‖ National Scientific and Practical Center of Pediatric Surgery are presented. All of them underwent surgery with application of meso-portal anastomosis. Postoperative complications developed in 2 children (hemorrhage from esophageal varicies). The follow-up examinations after 5 years demonstrated that the shunts remain permeable. |
