In this article the author describes the principals of oncological service and of Screening of lung cancer. It is performed organizational modern oncological service, performing of specialized assistance for patients with malignant tumors including in dependence of type ofmedical institution, interaction of oncological hospitalswith general practitioners. Author describes the priorities of the oncological service in Moldova. One chapter is dedicated to principals of rational organization of Screening of lung cancer, the steps of examination of patient and formation of risk groups of lung cancer, in the article is demonstrated and shown the role ofmedical regional specialized oncopulmonar councils. |
