In this article the author argues the importance of the normative-legislative documents in the health protection system in general, also especially in the oncology assistance. Is specified the medico-social cancer importation, with the accent on the RM Constitution, organic laws, normative laws and documents. In the article is tried to build a synthesis of the medical normative-juridical base, an analysis of the legislation via the prism of patients’ rights. The author argues and presents the concept of the law-project “About the anticancer fight and medico-social existences with tumors”, arguing the project of Systemic Management of the IMSP IOM and the oncology service of the Republic of Moldova. |
