This article is dedicated to the concept of international carrier of goods, loadings, objects, valuables, assets, including passengers, which frequently travels across the state border and the customs border of the Republic of Moldova when entering and leaving the country, as well as when carrying out the international transit through the customs territory of the Republic of Moldova. In the article the author performs the assessment, determination and classification of the international carrier used for transportation of goods, loadings, objects, valuables, assets, passengers, at the moment of their crossing over the state customs border through the border crossing, assigning to the international carrier the role of special subject when crossing, transporting, moving across the customs border of the Republic of Moldova. The author also presents in the article the forms of liability to which the specialized international carrier of goods, loadings, objects, valuables, assets, passengers can and shall be subjected, for violating the customs legislation of the national state through which it travels, in order to fulfill the international contractual terms to which it approved.
