Relevance. I.A. Komenskii wrote: “The human must learn to become a person he should be”. In this regard, early age is a special period in the human development, because the goal-settings of this age include a mandatory acquisition of the fundamental knowledge, skills and attainments which will compose in the perspective the base for personal and professional competences. It is also well known that cognition and acquiring of the necessary skills and attainments in the early age occurs mainly through the motor activity, which as a cognitive system offers a child the posibility to increase his own potential dynamically. It remains to understand which criteria, standards and instruments are fundamental in the early age, that form the conception of development, goals and objectives for learning and education and the adequate motor activity. This work is a trial and is directioned to the determination of the main criteria of the author’s conception for the child development that will serve as the basis for the formation of an adequate motor activity. Research objectives: determination of the reliable criteria of the development of the early-aged children. Tasks: 1. To analyze classical and modern informational sources for discovering the age-specific features of the early –age children development. 2. To conceptualize age features at the early-aged children in the reliable critieria system. Methods and organizations of the research. The present research was made by dint of an adequate theoretical methods-operations and methods-actions in the period from January 2015 till June 2017. Results of the research.
