The full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine is causing deep damage to the functioning of the internal market of our country, causing a sharp decrease in economic activity, the shutdown of about a third of enterprises due to the destruction and temporary occupation of certain territories, a high level of uncertainty, disruption of logistical connections and supply chains, mass migration of the population. Restoration of damaged social and industrial infrastructure, establishment of market interaction of business entities, innovative restoration of energy and agro-industrial markets, technological renewal of business, qualitative development of human resources, ensuring highly productive ecological growth become, under such conditions, the most important priority of institutional support for the post-war development of Ukraine.
