Rezumat

The spectrum of elementary excitations of molecular crystals comprising mixed-valence d1-d2 clusters has been investigated. Depending on the number of phase transitions arising in the systems under consideration two types of temperature behaviour of the soft mode frequency are shown to be possible. An anomalous temperature dependence of the elastic modulus is predicted.
