The democratic evolution of the political system, the complexity of the problems that society faces today, the complex development of social-economic re-forms, the increasingly active affirmation of the Republic of Moldova in its relations with other states of the world and with international bodies, the process of European integration and the changes that have place in the social consciousness as a result of these changes necessarily also assume a new vision of public administration. The 2023-2030 public administration reform strategy represents that innovative attempt to modernize public administration, the finality of which I hope will be reached. |
