| Rezumat | ||||||
The article considers the relationship of the branches of power and their legal regulation, the peculiarities of these relationships in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The executive and legislative branches play an important role in the func-tioning of the State. By working together, they directly ensure the rule of law and the rule of law, engage in lawmaking. The author also presented the features of the participation of the executive in the adoption of laws. |
