For the climate of the Republic of Moldova, the phenomenon of frost is a common meteorological phenomenon of winter. Any frost that occurs in the off-season limits the period of active vegetation of crops and sometimes passes into the risk category, in this context we mention the frosts that occur in late spring and early autumn. The interval between the average date of occurrence of frost in autumn and the average date of its disappearance in spring constitutes the average annual interval in which frost is possible or - the interval with frost. The analysis of the years with the average range of days with frost is oriented towards highlighting the differences in the numerical values of the regional climatic factors that influence the crop formation process on the territory of the Republic of Moldova |
