Rezumat | |||||||
In the given material, the influence of iron-based nanoparticles on the growth processes of soybean plants on the background of soil polluted with persistent organic pollutants (POPs) was studied. A more pronounced effect was established when treating the soil with 25 mg/kg of zerovalent nanoiron (NFZV) in different variants with and without bacteriization of seeds with Rhizobium japonicum RD2 compared to the Control. Root length increased up to 28.8%, plant height - up to 11.9%, and plant length - up to 14.2%. As a result, it was shown that NFZV, soybean plants and symbiotrophic bacteria of the genus Rhizobium is of interest for the development of nanobioremediation processes for soils polluted with POPs. |
