Cervical ectopic pregnancy is a serious pathology that presents a real threat to the health and life of women. The aim of the study was to investigate the risk factors and clinical-evolutive features of cervical ectopic pregnancy. Our results indicate that risk factors for cervical pregnancy development include: age over 30 years, multiparity and history of spontaneous or medical abortions and uterine curettages. The most severe complications of cervical ectopic pregnancy are the massive bleedings resulting in hemorrhagic shock |
