The timeliness of the problem exposed in this article is determined by the need to design and develop their own professional career paths for teachers, as this process is currently being given special attention. It is remarkable that some teachers are less aware of the viable importance in developing and designing the career path, given that career design is the related link between the skills/needs of the specialist and the requirements imposed by society. |
