In this article, the author reveals certain principles of proof that are unique to the procedure of proof in civil proceedings and differ from the general principles of civil proceedings. Based on the study, the author proposes a number of legislative initiatives to improve and optimize the principles of proof in particular and the institution of proof in general. |
