Rezumat | ||||||
Parallel with growing interest for solving real life problems of economic activities, economic theory of the 20th century recognized importance of the institutional environment. As basic determinants of the environment, property rights and transaction costs were emphasized. Such approach was the basis for establishment of the two new theoretical approaches: economics of property rights and transaction costs. |
