The report is devoted to the definition and brief description of the conditions that contribute to the commission of criminal offenses against the biological security of Ukraine. At the same time, the author offers his own definition of the system of such criminal offenses. The definition of the determinants of the specified criminal offenses is based on their classification into political-legal, socio-economic, moral-psychological, organizational-management and physical (technical) ones. At the same time, it is stated that the specified conditions of crimes are interconnected and have fairly conditional boundaries. |
