This article describes some methodological features that aim to train the performance athletes based on the specific behavior of the women’s body. Information is provided on the distinctive aspects of anatomical-physiological, morpho-functional and moral-psychological terms, which condition the elaboration of working scenarios within the multi-annual training process. At the same time, there are described a number of methodological provisions that can ensure the respective premises and the efficiency of the training tactics of the athletes in order to achieve the most remarkable results. |
