The article includes a brief analysis of the provisions of the special investigation process carried out by the investtigating officers of specialized subdivisions and their vocation in choosing the execution tactic, through the special investtigative activity, of discovery and research/ crime investigation or identifying the perpetrators who committed them. At the same time, the tasks, principles, functions and phases are reviewed and the phases of the special investigation process. |
