Rezumat

In this article is represented the problem of psycho-traumatic actions directed at teachers by participants in the educational process. Teachers are increasingly exposed to psychological abuse from students, their parents, colleagues and school administration. Stress factors can seriously reduce teacher’s professional well-being and interfere with the fulfillment of pedagogical tasks. Victimization is connected with the conflict between the subjects in the educational process. The development of professional competence and the teacher’s personality, the optimization of interpersonal relations between the subjects in the educational process are necessary resources for the effectiveness of pedagogical activity, maintaining the health, and improving the quality of educational services.
