This Article addresses aspects of the employment relationships of minors, in terms of protecting minors from any work likely to harm their safety, health or physical, psychological, moral or social development, or endanger their education. These are very important in regulating labor relations in which minors can be involved, with the immediate notification of the relevant state bodies, competent in the protection of children's rights in case of knowledge that minors are trained in work with deviations from the legislation in force. |
