Rezumat

The paper provide the study of the frequency converter characteristics based on a phase-shift transformer (PSF) with a circular rotation of the phase, controlled by means of power electronics. The novelty of the research lies in the development of ways to improve the quality of power transmission in telecommunications when combining power systems with different frequencies. The selection and comparison of possible circuit options for the implementation of the device, as well as control strategies that meet the requirements for the quality of electricity on the receiving and transmitting power system bars, was carried out. The research results will contribute to the determination of feasibility and technical efficiency of the new types converters use for the integration of asynchronously operating power systems.
