| Rezumat | ||||||
Based on the conducted sociological research, the article proves that the solution of social problems is impossible without building a constructive, equal bilateral dialogue between the state and NGOs in the process of redistributing social responsibility. It is concluded that in the Republic of Moldova a bilateral dialogue between the authorities and nonprofit organizations is being activated. But the potential of partnership between them is not being realized enough. The author has developed recommendations for non-profit and government agencies to strengthen their interaction in order to effectively implement the tasks of social policy. |
