In the research, we contrasted the categories of professionalism and dilettantism. A professional works on the basis of models and technologies and does not rely on his own vision. The inherent qualities of a professional are meaning and introspection. Based on introspection, a professional has certain goals. These objectives can be sufficiently formalized. In the process of achieving the goal, the professional accumulates experience. We mean not only experience in the form of a number of years, but a certain qualitative experience that a professional has restructured and on the basis of which he moves towards achieving the goal. The hallmark of a professional is having considerable conscious experience.
