The article deals with identifying the informative biomechanical indices of skilled long jumpers technique. Methods: theoretical analysis, a generalization of scientific and methodological literature, and the Internet, video computer analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. A high correlation relationship with the sports result of 12 biomechanical indicators was revealed: take-off speed before repulsion from the support, kinetic energy at the moment of placing the foot on the support in repulsion, the speed of the body's GCM at the moment of separation from the support; full energy at the moment of placing the foot on the support in repulsion; the duration of the repulsion phase from the support; kinetic energy at the moment of leg separation from the support; total energy at the moment the leg is taken off the support; the maximum height of the GMC of the body in flight; the height of the GCM of the body at the time of placing the foot on the support in repulsion; departure angle of the body's CCM; length of the third step before repulsion; power in repulsion. It is established that with the growth of sports results, the values of all these indicators increase, except for the duration of the repulsive phase, which tends to decrease. |
