Rezumat

On the body of the gymnast who performs a certain physical effort on the trampoline and who is in extraordinary spatiotemporal conditions compared to the usual state, there are constantly influencing forces that he has to face, with maximum effect for him, by promoting a perfect performance technique of acrobatic elements, as rationally as possible to use the state of weightlessness in achieving the set objectives, regardless of the degree of difficulty of the elements. The actuality of the researched topic consists in the modeling of the spatio-temporal conditions from the point of view of the mechanics and biomechanics laws, which is represented by the athlete's ability to overcome the gravitational and anti-gravitational states of the body in order to perform the acrobatic elements as perfectly as possible from a technical point of view and degree of high difficulty, with an artistic elegance and the subsequent return to the initial position. The purpose of the research is to establish the factors that influence the motor actions performed on the trampoline, the factors that determine the formation of temporal and spatial parameters, such as: speed of execution, degrees of rotation, body position, etc.
