This paper is concern on the impact of the high education in the Informational Era. The author state that the high education needed essentially to be reorganized logistically and curricula adapted in relation with the other social actors. As far as the new provocation in the XXI century sustainable by opportunities of the Informational Era, conduct to build quit different social reality, where the path to maintain and promotion of cultural and civilizations heritage involve requirement the high-level background professional. High-level means that this kind of people could be responsible to elaborate and provide the Public Policy according to the community.
