Rezumat

Recidivism has been and remains one of the most dangerous forms of crime. According to a definition, recidivism is the totality of crimes committed in a territory, in a certain period of time, in the commission of which the signs of repeated crime are present. Therefore, socio-economic, socio-political, organizational, legal and educational measures are needed, aimed at detecting and liquidating or neutralizing criminal actions, combating antisocial actions. Strengthening the rule of law, educating citizens in the spirit of high consciousness, de-veloping convincing programs to prevent recidivism, re-socialization and social reintegra-tion of offenders, and the establishment of an effective criminal policy are the basis for the prevention and non-admission of antisocial actions.
