Rezumat | ||||||
Schemesandmethods of treatmentwith combined medicinesareusedindiffrent fields of medicine, includingdermatology, in particularfor the treatment ofpurulentwounds. Contemporary methodsof treatmentofinfected woundsinclude variousdrugcombinationsthat would providewoundtreatmentin allits phases. The ointment is one of the mostfrequently used dosage formfor the treatment ofinfected wounds. The purpose of the study: evaluation ofarsenalof combined ointmentsfor the treatment ofinfected wounds. Materials and methods: The State Nomenclature of drugs of Republic of Moldova (03.08.2012); The Nomenclature of drugs of Romania (01.08.2011); The State Registerof drugs (Russia,01.08.2011); the instructions for useof drugs, standardizationof analyticalqualitydocuments. Results: Actually, on pharmaceutical market of RM there are 26 names of combine dointmentsused in the treatment ofinfected wounds, producing by 20companiesfrom 11 countries. The largest quantityofcombined ointments areimportedfrom Ukraine(34,6%) and Russia (11,5%), which representhalf of the productionon the pharmaceutical market of RM. There are only three local producers: Farmaprim, Î.M. Farmaco S.A. and Universal farm. The combined ointments mainly are presented in combination with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory corticosteroids (41,2%), antiseptics and anti-inflammatory corticosteroids (29,4%).Also, there are combinations with antibiotics, regenerative substances, analgesics and antifungal between them. Conclusions:It is necessary to elaborate a new, combined ointment that will associate different active substances with different pharmacological effects to treat allthe phases of the wound. Also, the producing of a localcombined ointmentwouldbe less expensiveand couldcompete in the marketwithimported products. |
