Rezumat | ||||||
In 1998, the education reform started in force. It was the year when there was first talk of "active-participatory methods", of "performance descriptors". Beginner teachers accepted these changes quite easily compared to the more "experienced" ones, who asked themselves the question "Why?". "Why give up the grading system?", "Why do students have to work / learn in groups?", "Why do we need new teaching-learning methods, when the existing ones worked very well?" , "Why should an interdisciplinary teaching take place?". It was much easier for novice teachers to apply innovation than for many teachers who had been in the system for a long time. In 2012-2013, the preparatory group from kindergarten was introduced for the first time in the Romanian education system at school. Starting this year, the approach to primary school learning must be addressed in an integrated manner. Once again, the question "Why?" “Why do we HAVE to carry out teaching-learning-assessment in an integrated way? So far I have achieved this monodisciplinary, multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and it has been good. Now why isn't it? ” In fact, it is not a question of whether it is good or not, but simply the educational system conforms to the requirements of today's society, to the requirements of TODAY students, who are no longer the same as in 1998, when education reform began. It is simply about the EVOLUTION of the education system. |
