The inquire of the article represents an analysis and interpretation from the perspective of the fi elds of philosophy, the transformation of the part into the whole in the contemporary society, especially of the Republic of Moldova. The transformation of the part into a whole means not only the political declaration of independence, but also the ways that either contributed to its edifi cation or thwarted its course. It is proved that in the components of the ex-Soviet mega-society the tribute of the past, remaining a presence not at all conciliatory and after 30 years of independence. In the space of the Moldovan society, this presence is found from the refusal of territorialadministrative resizing, the elaboration of regional programs for socio-economic and cultural development, the systemic re-evaluation of the legal, cultural educational framework to the formation and promotion of civic identity. Also, overcoming the discontinuities in the cultural space where values circulate, this being responsible both for the alternation of the set of values in society, but also communicating with the other cultural spaces manifested in the multicultural reality. In the same key, it is trying to raise the public’s awareness of the fact that the openings of the Information Age, along with the unlimited access to information and the information obtained, also involve a high degree of risks. Or, the pandemic effect shows that the society, including in the Republic of Moldova, the openings were used and insuffi ciently capitalized, which led to the deepening of the socio-economic-cultural-anthropological-envioremental crisis. All the more so because overcoming the crisis in post-pandemic will be a lasting one with exorbitant costs, including the state of health and the value of life, not just human.
