The surface of holographic grating, directly written by polarization holography on chalcogenide nanomultilayers, has been studied by Digital holographic microscopy. The quantitative phase map was converted in a two dimensional topography map of nanometric accuracy. In addition an Atomic force microscope in contact mode was likewise used to obtain the topography. |
