The aim of our study was the synthesis of the active component of the tomato leafminer Tuta Absoluta -(3E,8Z,11Z)-Tetradeca-3,8,11-trienyl acetate. Different amounts of active component were impregnated on rubber dispenser. Pheromone traps was given to be tested in greenhouse conditions. The evaluation of the biological activity of the obtained synthetic component has established that the most effective dose is 1.0 mg, and the biological activity is at the same level as the standard variant. |
